Happy Dr. Seuss Day! To celebrate we made Pink Ink Yink Drinks from Dr. Seuss’s One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish Book. We also watched Dr. Seuss’s Green Eggs and Ham. The residents loved our drinks (we added honey to our mixture for a little added sweetness and extra ice cubes) and they loved hearing us try to say the name 5 times fast!

Pink Ink Yink Drink

This concoction is for everyone who likes to drink and wink like the Yink in One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish!
What You’ll Need:
- 4–6 large strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 4 ice cubes (if using fresh strawberries)
- 2–3 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup orange juice
- blender
- glasses and straws
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Serve in a glass with a straw. Start drinking and winking!
