The Hitz Auxiliary hosted their annual Salad Luncheon, on Friday, June 7th at 1:00pm. The theme was beach party and we had a menu of mini chicken salad, turkey and ham sandwiches, spring salad, and then members of the community made different sides to share. It is always fun to see what everyone brings and to try all the different recipes!
They had a silent auction and raffle prizes.
They also had entertainment by the 60’s Chicks! Everyone had such a wonderful time.
